Gallery: Retro summer dresses

Hurrah, the snow has melted and the sun is shining, meaning that we’re finally at the beginning of spring. It may still be slightly too cold to think about bearing your legs, and arms at that, but we have a feeling the summer is going to be a hot one.

We’ve therefore decided to celebrate by putting together a gallery of retro summer dresses, for when that temperature hits the late double figures.

Retro prints are going to be huge this year, and were displayed by a number of designers at their SS2010 catwalk shows back in September.

They’ve also made a huge comeback in the past few years thanks to vintage styles and thrift shopping becoming a popular past time for fashionistas. So if you don’t see anything you like in our gallery (of course we’re sure you will) then head to your nearest charity shop or vintage store for the real retro thing.
